LEARN (Learn English And Reading Now) provides confidential, free, one-on-one tutoring to adult students in the areas of basic reading and English as a second language. In order to accomplish this mission, LEARN recruits students, trains volunteer tutors, matches them with one another, and provides support and guidance during the learning process. Tutoring occurs at times and places convenient to each student/tutor pair. Services are provided throughout Augusta County, Virginia, including the cities of Staunton and Waynesboro. LEARN is a United Way agency.
